Welcome to SellArtOnline.net. By accessing this website and listing artwork for sale, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ownership and Copyright Warranty

By listing any item on this site, the Artist/Seller warrants that they are the legal owner of the artwork or have the express legal right to sell it.

  • Artists must own the original copyright or provide proof of legal purchase for resale.
  • In the event of an ownership or copyright controversy, SellArtOnline.net will immediately remove the listing to avoid legal entanglement.
  • If a listing is removed due to a legal dispute, the artist will be granted a full refund of the listing fee within 30 days.

2. Community Standards & “Family Friendly” Policy

SellArtOnline.net is a niche marketplace dedicated to wholesome, family-oriented values. We strictly enforce the following standards for all art, titles, descriptions, and artist biographies:

  • Sexual Content: We do not allow art that displays or implies any sexual connotations whatsoever.
  • Profanity: No profanity is permitted, whether explicitly displayed in the art or implied in its meaning or title.
  • Social Preferences: We do not allow content promoting any kind of sexual preference.
  • Spiritual Restrictions: Any art deemed “satanic,” “cult-related,” or “witchcraft” is strictly prohibited.
  • Wholesome Values: Our standard for “family friendly” is defined as art that is considered wholesome and supportive of “family values”.

3. Management Rights & The “Three-Strike” Rule

SellArtOnline.net reserves the right to maintain the quality and focus of the marketplace through the following measures:

  • Definition of Art: We reserve the right to remove any listing that we determine, at our sole discretion, does not visibly constitute “art”.
  • Controversial Listings: Should any listing be considered controversial because it cannot be readily defined by our standards, it will be removed.
  • Permanent Ban: Any artist who has more than three (3) listings removed for violating the “Family Friendly” policy will be permanently banned from SellArtOnline.net.
  • Refunds: If a listing is removed because it does not meet our definition of art or family-friendly standards, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.

4. Geographic Restrictions

SellArtOnline.net currently serves and is restricted to artists and galleries located within the 50 United States.

5. Limitation of Liability

SellArtOnline.net provides a platform for connecting buyers and sellers and is not responsible for the physical condition of the art or shipping disputes between parties.
